My Morning Collagen Coffee

This is my favorite part of my morning routine!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz black coffee of your choice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil virgin, cold-pressed
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Instructions

  1. First put on Bill Wither's Lovely Day, or whatever song makes you want to dance around while your coffee is brewing.

  2. Put 1 scoop of collagen peptides in your mug.

  3. Measure out 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and put it in your mug as well, do not try to mix together the powder and the coconut oil. 

  4. Sprinkle in a dash of cinnamon, you can also do this at the end, but I prefer mine to be mixed in with my coffee.

  5. Prepare your coffee how you like it then pour it in the mug with all of the ingredients. Give it a stir ensuring to get all of the powder dissolved into the coffee.

  6. Let Collagen dissolve for at least 1 minute also allowing your coffee to cool a bit, then enjoy!
