*I want to further break down the savings with a real-life example! My latest client’s budget for furniture + design for their living, dining, + counter stools was all in $7,500. It was a ~398 sq ft room and I charged a $750 design fee (~$2/sq ft) for design + procurement. The retail cost of all of the furniture I sourced was around $8,200, with my trade discounts, I was able to provide procurement of furniture AND design for $6,350! This allowed my client an extra ~$1,000 for styling accessories, which I gladly sourced!
