Sharing one of my favorite spaces in our little abode today: The Bedroom. I’ve always been drawn to crisp, white, spa-like bedrooms that feel relaxing the second you walk in. I like to keep the bedding simple and grounded in white and neutrals with a pop of color like a throw that can be interchanged with the seasons. This throw is my favorite Hermes dupe and it’s incredible quality.
I shared that the living room is my favorite room in the house and where I get most of my inspiration. My bedroom is where I house many of my prize possessions. This antique pencil post bed belonged to my parents when they were newlyweds. The construction and bones of the bed are stunning.
This heirloom French Provincial dresser has been in my family longer than I have. It has been in my bedroom since I was born and seen my entire life. It has water rings from cups I’ve drank from all stages of my life.
These blue and white ginger jars are one of the items I would have to grab if there were a fire. They belonged to my grandmother and I inherited them. I remember always admiring them as a girl and they remind me of the dreams I’ve always had for my life. My roots and the spirit of my grandmother are very much alive in these.
